SmartIPTV - Troubleshooting
SmartIPTV - Check Playlist No.1 URL:
- the device has too little memory
- The device can not connect to the Smart IPTV servers
- Disconnect the router / modem and the device for approx. 2 minutes.
- At https://siptv.eu/mylist/ go and enter in the field "MAC: ......" your MAC address which is displayed in the app.
- First press Delete to delete the playlist on the device, then restart the app and hold down the 0 button for about 4 seconds.
- As soon as the picture appears by writing that there is no playlist, then the playlist (M3U) has to be uploaded again, you have to check the box "Save Online" and your M3U in the field "URL: ... .." one you have received from us and press "Send".
SmartIPTV - Failed to Connect / Can not Connect:
- The Internet has problems connecting to the servers.
- disconnect the router / modem and the device for approx. 2 minutes.
